Our Services

Salt Therapy
Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a natural wellness practice that involves breathing in micro-particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt. Originating from the salt mines of Eastern Europe in the 1800s, this treatment mimics the microclimate of natural salt caves to support respiratory health, soothe the skin, and promote deep relaxation

LED Phototherapy
Led phototherapy works through photobiomodulation which triggers the mitochondria in our cells. Our cells absorb this light (in this case red and near infrared wavelengths) to stimulate healing and repair. In TBL (our beauty, skin and laser clinic) we have been using LED photo therapy to improve skin conditions for over 10 years and the results really speak for themselves.
