A session usually lasts 40minutes for adults, 30 minutes for families with kids under 12 and 10mins for smaller babies under 1 year old.

Of course, salt therapy is excellent for kids with chest issues, asthma, colds/coughs and skin concerns!

All age groups! We welcome clients from ages 4 weeks old and up. We edit session length and salt flow to suit kids of all ages.

Salt therapy can help relieve issues that come with long term, chronic conditions like asthma, COPD and bronchitis. We ask that your condition is controlled and at balance while you attend. We never suggest that salt therapy is an alternative to medications provided by your Dr and if in any doubt please consult them prior to use.

So far we’ve had many get some relief after their first visit! This depends on what your using the salt suite for but we do expect that you gain some relief from as little as two sessions. For long term conditions we suggest using the salt suite twice weekly for four weeks before maintaining with less regular sessions.

Of course, we suggest if you have any underlying medical concerns alongside your pregnancy to reach out to your medic for advice.

Arrive in casual, comfortable clothing and you’ll find yourself needing some dusting off after your session (note the salt doesn't damage your clothing) however if you have a skin concern like eczema or psoriasis to come with those areas exposed (in shorts and t-shirts), salt is excellent in helping to improve these inflammatory concerns.

Bring your favourite book or relax and unwind with a herbal tea while picking up one of our magazines or puzzle books. Don't forget to breathe deep and relax!

In order to keep the service price reasonable we have 6 seats in the salt suite and an area for kids, if visiting during the day or at quiet times you'll likely have the place to yourself. We try to keep families separate were possible and adult sessions separate also.

Of course, this can be done on request however the fee for the session is £120. If you are booking 5 adults on the system to have a salt session together we can ensure you and your company have the area to yourselves.

A session priced at £20 per adult and £5 per child under 12 and £10 per child 12-18.  All children must have an adult present.

Very little, drink plenty of water, don't exert yourself and relax!

Sure you can, lots of clients regularly combine the two therapies. We suggest you use the LED bed first and then hit up the salt suite. If this option isn't available via our booking link please let us know and we can arrange that for you no problem.
